Ok, so I've read it, done it and now what? While I don't disagree with the strengths indicated, the order seems skewed. I can't believe I paid this much to find out what I already knew. It seems to be a bit of a scam and I'm kicking myself for falling for it. The relator in me did it because a dear friend recommended it. Does anyone else feel this way?

i totally feel the same way. a friend bought the book for me and i feel so bad for her. i could have definitely borrowed her copy, read through it, and figured out pretty much the same thing. and now what? your guess is as good as mine. they also seem to think that once you know your strengths it should be easy to find a job (or tasks within your current job) to play to those strengths. if only!
