Fully informed decisions about career requires awarenes of one's skills, interests, work-related values, and personality preferences. The StrengthsFinder assessment report appears (I'm just beginning to use this, myself) to touch on all of these areas, but you would be best served by bringing your StrengthsFinder results to a qualified career counselor who can help with assessment, formal or informal, of your skills, interests, work-related values, and personality preferences; then help you put your report info into the larger context of all these issues.
