Hi there,

I am looking for others with the same, or very similar, top 5 themes to discuss potential careers. I am 39 years old and still feel like I don't know what I want to be when I grow up!! If you have the following themes (or 4 or them) and are battling the same issue I am, or have found the love of your life in terms of careers, lets talk!!!

Individualization
Empathy
Relator
Responsibility
Positivity
LOL

OK so.. I just read through most of the other posts ... (after I posted my initial thread) and realize that everyone pretty much has the same questions ... what career is best suited for me - based on my strengths. It's too bad that Gallup has not organized some sort of database of careers based on top strenghts and/or at least organized a way of finding like people to talk to about it with. I found the survey and outcome interesting and true; however, has left me a bit lost as to where to go now. I think the Miggs Bryers MBTI is much more comprehensive.
