I belong to a group of faculty/staff in a College of Health Professions. We have been talking about our Strengths and the Four Domains of Leadership Strength. As we've filled in a grid showing where our Leadership Strengths are listed we have found that very few of us have any of the strengths in the Influencing Domain. Is this typical of university folks? Is it because we are in "helping professions"? We're wondering if other university faculties have had this discussion and/or where we can find out more!
