I work at a company that uses the StrengthsFinders for every employee. Every employee has their Top 5 Strengths posted on their cube and they receive Strengthfinders 2.0 when they are hired. I would like to re-energize our StrengthsFinders initiative. Do you have any creative ways that you use the program at your office?
