I heard Tom speak 2 years ago and subsequently have been using the metaphor in presentations, team building and by passing on the book. My team all have a bucket with their name on it on their desks. This week I am doing an interactive workshop as part of the Scottish Mental Health Arts & Film Festival, I have an article, a bookmark and a mini bucket for those who attend. Any ideas of how to make it as interactive as possible?
